For Europe
The Montenegrin Pan-European Union organised the third international conference “For Europe: Lessons learned from communicating European Integration process in the region” from 7 to 9 June 2019. The Conference was held in the hotel Centre Ville in Podgorica.
The participants of the Conference were representatives of the Pan-European network, representatives of the European Parliament, representatives of the Government of Montenegro, representatives of the Montenegrin Parliament, partners from the University of Montenegro, representatives of local self-government, the MPEU local partners and colleagues from the NGO sector.
The organisation was supported by the European Commission through the Jean Monnet action project “Communicating Europe in Pan-European Societies” 2017-2019 (CEPES project).
The priority and topic of the conference was the strengthening of cooperation between the Pan-European member organisations, the promotion and support of the European Integration process of the Region and the derivation of lessons learned throughout project cycle.
The Conference was closed by adoption of conclusions about regional commitment to European Integration and support of the International PEU member organisations in promoting regional cooperation between countries of the EU enlargement.
Official languages of the conference were Montenegrin and English.
