The EU on the Brink of Peace and Stability
The Macedonian Pan-European Union organised, on 3 December 2022, an international conference in Skopje entitled "The European Union on the brink of peace and stability: The main challenges of the EU: Enlargement, Economy, Demography, Energy, Food Scarcity".
The opening speakers of the conference included Member of the European Parliament Lukas Mandal, Secretary General of the International Pan-European Union Pavo Baršić, President of the Macedonian Pan-European Union Andrej Lepavcov, former President of the Macedonian Pan-European Union Marjan Gjorcev, former Macedonian Prime Minister Emil Dimitriev and others.
The main challenges in Europe were discussed at the conference, in particular the enlargement of the European Union, demography and energy.
The day before the conference, on 2 January 2022, the General Assembly of the Macedonian Pan-European Union took place, where the former Secretary General Dr Andrej Lepavcov was elected as the new President and Marjan Gjorcev as Honorary President.
