United Europe Conference in Chernivtsi

The Pan-European Union of Ukraine organised the 5th Pan-European Conference in Chernivtsi on 10–11 October 2025 under the title ‘A United Europe: Time for Subjectivity and Action’.

The conference took place in the Palace of the Chernivtsi City Administration and was dedicated to current issues of war and peace in Europe and the world.

The first panel discussion addressed the threats to Europe, international law and open societies posed by authoritarian regimes: Russia, China, Iran, North Korea and their satellite states.

Panel discussion 2 focused on Europe's eastern borders and the future with Russia.

The third panel discussion addressed Europe as a global force for peace and security.
